Vicki Cooper, President
Joining the Board of Directors for Bluegrass Technology Center, Inc. in 2005, Vicki Cooper is the current Board President and Immediate Past Vice President.
She brings a Master’s in Rehabilitation Counseling, a Bachelor’s in Business Administration, over 16 years in management and supervision, and over 25 years as a Medical and Vocational Case Manager, to the Board.
Vicki is familiar with fund-raising; grant writing, raising over a million dollars in one year; and serving on non-profit Boards.
She is experienced in vocational evaluation and assessment; interpreting for the deaf; writing and developing Policies and Procedures and job descriptions; and in developing, building, and managing programs and projects. Her work in the for-profit and not-for-profit worlds provides a unique perspective for the Bluegrass Technology Center and the Board of Directors.
Vicki is currently employed by Bechtel International, Inc., working on the Bluegrass Chemical-Agent Destruction Pilot Plant, in Richmond, KY. As president, Vicki serves on all BTC Committees, with particular attention to the Executive, Communications, Fundraising, and Finance Committees.
